Why this price
What it takes to make
Giving three days is three days of work. The intake and preparation take one and a half to two days, and the review, the follow-up session and the evaluation about one more. That’s six to seven days of work.
What the market asks
Guide prices for 2026 run from €1,500 to €3,500 for a one-day workshop and from €8,000 to €15,000 for a full programme with aftercare. An open course costs around €750 per person per day: three days are soon €2,250, and they aren’t about your own work.
Why not cheaper
One day is a good start, and that’s what the first day is for. What sticks comes from the intake, the tailoring and the aftercare. Those are what the multi-day formats include.
Other providers’ prices found in October 2026.
A worked example, not a promise
We don’t quote percentages of time saved. What it yields depends on what happens after the workshop. Run the sum with your own figures.
One task of fifteen minutes a day, five days a week, 46 weeks: almost 58 hours a year.
Take off the time for checking, about 10 hours: some 47 hours left.
Twelve participants with one standing assistant each for such a task: over 560 hours a year.
Questions we expect
Does this fit our sector?
The programme is about recurring work, and every company has that. It was first written for construction. In the intake we collect five to ten real, anonymised examples from your work, and the group practises with those.
Which AI tool do we use?
What you already have, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Team or Enterprise, Claude for Work or Gemini in Google Workspace. We don’t sell a new software package.
Does this help with the AI literacy duty?
It helps. Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires companies that use AI to take measures that support their people’s AI literacy. This workshop is one such measure. We don’t give legal advice.
What if someone pastes customer data into AI?
That’s why we talk beforehand with whoever handles privacy and IT at your company, and why everyone works in the business environment. The traffic light makes clear what may go in.
Is there a subsidy?
Don’t count on it. The regular Dutch SLIM scheme doesn’t reimburse standalone courses: it pays 60% of things like assessing your training needs, development advice or introducing a learning method. Your collective agreement’s training fund can sometimes pay something. Ask them before you reserve.
Can the workshop be in English?
Yes. The material is in Dutch now, so mention it in the intake and we’ll make it in English for your group.
Do you promise time savings?
No. We don’t quote percentages. We calculate with your own figures, and the champions, the follow-up session and the 90-day plan are there to make it stick.
Do the days have to be consecutive?
No, they can be spread out. Between the days everyone tries the job they chose, which benefits the next day. We fix all dates when you reserve.
What does it cost if we have to reschedule?
Nothing the first time, if it’s more than two weeks ahead. After that we charge part of the price. If you cancel well ahead, you pay only for the hours worked. It’s all in the terms.
What do you do with our examples?
You send them without names and other identifying details. We use them only for your workshop and delete them within 30 days of the last session.
How far ahead should we plan?
The intake is two to three weeks before the first day, so allow at least a month from the introduction. That leaves time to collect examples and test logins.
We don’t have a business AI licence yet. Can we still do this?
Sort that out first, because we don’t want people practising with company work on private accounts. We’ll think along in the introduction about what fits. We don’t sell licences ourselves.
Can it be online?
We give the days on site, because we walk around and look along while everyone practises on their own work. The follow-up session can be online.
Must the management join?
No need. A manager is welcome as a participant, and on day 3 management is welcome at the market, where everyone shows their assistant.
Let’s get this in focus.
