The terms, on one page

Plans change, and that’s normal. This is what happens when they do, so nobody gets a surprise afterwards.

Updated 30 October 2026. All amounts exclude VAT.

Reserving

A date is fixed once we have your approval and the deposit has arrived. Until then it’s an option, and someone else may take it.

  • The deposit is 50% of the price, payable within 14 days. It comes off the total, so it isn’t an extra cost.
  • The other 50% follows after the last workshop day, and at the latest six months after the first.
  • The days needn’t be consecutive. We plan them together and fix all dates when you reserve.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule as long as there’s a date that suits us both, within six months of the old date. The deposit then stays in place. Percentages are of the price of the chosen format.

Cancelling

A workshop is different from work by the hour: we keep the days free for you, and shortly beforehand we can no longer give them to anyone else. So far ahead you pay only for the hours we’ve already worked, and close to the date a fixed share. Days that have taken place you simply pay for; the table applies to the days still to come.

WhenWhat it costs
More than four weeks aheadThe hours we’ve already worked, at €1,450 per day and at most 25%. You get the rest of the deposit back.

If it’s down to us

  • If we have to reschedule, for instance through illness, that’s free and we look for a new date straight away.
  • If we can’t find a date together, you get back what you paid for the days that didn’t take place.

Participants

  • Replacing someone with a colleague is always possible, at no cost.
  • If fewer people come, the price stays the same. If more come, the price per extra participant applies.

Your examples

For the exercises we ask for five to ten examples from your work, such as a customer email or a report. This is how we handle them:

  • Send them without names, addresses and other details that identify someone. Removing only the name often still leaves a person recognisable. If you’re not sure, we’ll look at it together in the intake.
  • If personal data is still in there, we delete the file and ask for a clean version.
  • We use them only for your workshop, and never for another client or for anything we publish, unless you agree in writing.
  • In the room we work in your own business AI tool, under your agreements.
  • We delete them within 30 days of the last session. What’s in your shared folder is yours and stays with you.
  • We’re happy to sign a confidentiality agreement, or a data processing agreement if the work calls for one.

Call or email as soon as you know a date won’t work. We can usually sort it out at no cost.

What’s in the confirmation of your reservation takes precedence. For workshops these terms apply instead of our general terms. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
